Family Constellations Therapeutic Workshop: “How to Survive in the Family and Spread Your Wings” | September 12, 2026 | Warsaw

We invite everyone to the workshop who:

  • Is interested in personal development.
  • Is determined to develop constructive patterns in their partnerships and professional work.
  • Is determined to examine how loyalty to their family of origin affects their relationships and professional work.
  • Seeks positive solutions for themselves and their family.
  • Longs to hear words of acceptance from their partner, family, and professional work, and to be recognized for what they've done well.
  • Is eager to feel valued within themselves.
  • Is tired of their own perfectionism, of being the perfect employee, employer, wife, perfect housewife, perfect husband, daughter-in-law, or mother-in-law.

The workshop will also include exercises on partnerships for all participants and observers.

The perfectionist pattern manifests itself in a person doing everything perfectly or doing nothing at all. It is present in sports, relationships, professional work, and throughout our lives.

During this workshop, we will discuss ancestral messages that support perfectionism. We will provide examples of family events that accompany perfectionist behavior. We will strive to look at the unacceptable, excluded parts of ourselves or our family.

At the ancestral level, perfectionism is the memory of someone who erred in their life's direction and made a poor decision. This poor decision had painful consequences and proved destructive to a family member or others. If we are on the right path in life, we are active and resourceful, and we withdraw from destructive actions. We are able to admit mistakes, recognize others' unrealistic expectations, and, consequently, withdraw from these relationships.

Healthy families know that each family member must work through their own shame and, consequently, recognize their limitations.

These families know that every family has its secrets, mysteries, and hushed-up stories. These family histories are like precious furniture from the past: destroyed and relegated to the basement. However, when restored, they complete and beautify the family interior.

When the true family history is reconstructed, all family members breathe a sigh of relief and regain their strength. Perfectionist patterns are no longer necessary.

All forms of double standards, rigidity, and contradictions between what one feels, thinks, and does can serve as warning signs and prompt self-improvement.

What distinguishes our work?

  • Sustainability of results.
  • If the conflict/topic of the proposed work is at the level of the family, the benefits of such work may manifest in improved functioning of the organs.
  • Faster recovery after own work.

The proposed workshop is derived from the idea of Bert Hellinger’s systemic configurations. However currently our is a work enriched with several therapeutic methods: trans-generational family therapy, working with the client's Lifeline, regenerative therapy of the nervous system, the client's perinatal cycle, working with the client's stem cell and knowledge of Total Biology.
